The ScaleSailing 'Harpy' Foam Core Hull

This Foam Core can also be used by the hobbyist
wanting to create his or her own design Footy style sailboat.
The foam core will give a flying start to your project
and a guaranteed straight hull.

'Harpy, 3D Plan'

'Harpy' is the new ScaleSailing Free Plan available from
the 'free download' page. Harpy can be built as an open structure
hull but using this foam core makes building so much easier.

The 'Harpy' core has a flat deck and
low rocker giving a submerged
transom. It is a narrower hull than the
Type A or Type C.
This core skinned in 1/16" and 1/32"
balsa will give a strong yet lightweight
hull. It can also be skinned with 1/32"
ply if you wish.

The core typically weighs just
12g or 0.4oz.

The 'Harpy' Foam Core Hull 3D Plan will include;
One ScaleSailing Foam Core, illustrated instructions on how to complete the hull and suggestions on R/C installation, fin and mast location, sailplan, etc.
